C-All Observation Ports

C-All Observation Ports

These furnace observation ports have a large viewing area (89 mm x 38 mm) and are a fully sealed unit which prevents the escape of hot gases from the combustion chamber. The unit has a ¼” cooling air connection and a heat resistant shield which closes automatically when the handle is released. The observation port is very simple to install and is virtually maintenance free. Suitable for furnace temperatures up to 1100oC.

Pressure Gauges

Pressure Gauges

High pressure gauges for air or gas up to 400 kPa are available in five pressure ranges. They utilise a Bourdon tube type movement and are not damaged by slight overpressures. The low pressure gauges use a diaphragm movement for sensitivity at low pressures. They are designed for pressures up to 14 kPa and come in three pressure ranges.

Combustion Analyzer

Combustion Analyzer

The combustion analyser allows you to set easily and accurately the air/gas ratio on premix combustion systems thus eliminating the fuel wastage and the formation of carbon monoxide during the combustion process. They do not need calibration or a battery to operate. A standard, general purpose single phase socket, is all that is required to operate these units.
